The annual dinner will take place at the Palace Hotel, Oxford St, Manchester. http://www.palace-hotel-manchester.co.uk/

Discounted wine lists and menus will be sent to you from 1st Sept onwards. Wine must be ordered with the hotel directly before the event to ensure that your drinks are on the table ready for you on arrival at the dinner.  There will be a cash wine desk available at the hotel on the night, but do try to order well in advance as demand is high.

Corporate Entertaining we know that some offices book individual rooms for use prior to, and immediately after the dinner itself.  A reminder is to book these well in advance with the hotel directly.  Please note that the Institute cannot do this for you.

Hotel Room Availability we have once again been able to procure a limited number of rooms at the Palace Hotel at a reduced rate:

50 rooms will be available on a bed and breakfast basis till October 2011.  After this date, prices will rise.

Negotiated rates are £99 per night, upgrades available on request at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly to make your booking on 0161 288 1111 quoting our event and date.
