Sponsorship Information
We are delighted to have QBE as our Principal Event Sponsor for 2011. QBE have been a consistent supporter of the Insurance Institute of Manchester and we look forward to working with them to make this years dinner a successful event.
Additional Sponsorship Packages are available to all organisations regardless of the number of tickets requested, however all ticket applications exceeding 20 (2 tables) must be in conjunction with a sponsorship package. (If two separate offices/branches of the same company are applying and joint numbers exceed 20 then sponsorship must be taken)
The Dinner is always heavily subscribed and whilst we managed to meet most ticket applications last year we still had in excess of 150 ticket requests that we could not meet and applications were turned down.
The Sponsorship package detailed below provides you with an opportunity to be recognised as a supporter of the Insurance Institute Manchester Annual Dinner.
SPONSORS PACKAGE £500
- Compulsory with all ticket applications exceeding 20
- 2 complimentary tickets (worth £150) either as part of your full ticket application or as places on the Sponsors table.
- Your logo will appear on the event web-page on IIM website
- Your logo will appear on the back-page of the Dinner Program
- Up to 2 weeks prior to the Dinner we will provide you with a full list of organisations attending and table numbers to assist your networking opportunities
You will be entitled to use a special event sponsors logo on your own invitations
A raffle prize will be purchased in your name to the value of £100
Your logo will be used on the Caricaturists paper (min 30 sketches)
We are of course looking for great prizes to give away: you may like to donate a raffle prize – this can be any gift you wish. If it is easier for you, you may donate a cash prize to the Institute Office, and we will purchase a gift for you. Raffle prizes must be delivered to the Institute office at least 2 weeks before the event.
